Dry original tires where replaced with NOS Carlisle rubber. The atomic nav light assembly works and is near mint. It features a roadster frame style and crossbrace handlebar.
Chrome on fenders is very good with minor pits. Chrome wire rack and rear wheel rim have fairly significant chrome loss but they still blend well on this original condition bike. I would give it a 8 out of 10. Front fender is a little banged-up and crooked(but not creased) Cosmetically: All chrome was cleaned is in very good condition.
But ride is a little more cushy like a middleweight. Riding impressions: Steering feel is light and crisp. Rear wheel could use some minor truing. All grease is old and should be addressed prior to use. What does it need? Front fender is a bit banged-up and would need some minor straightening.

Paint is all there so it can't be too bad. Some denting to left rear lower stay behind crank arm. Frame appears to be undamaged and straight.
All plating is original with pitting and loss due to age. Looks like it was always kept clean. Bike is clean with no dirt or grease buildup. No loss patches due to rust or damage. Chipping all over and even cracking patina of paint all over.
Under side of seat has original paint with light surface rust under paint. Seat has visible TROXEL lettering on sides and built in holes for a bag. Nice soft Troxel leather seat with some fraying of edging and some wear marking to top side. Nice lettering and graphics and Westfield decal under seat. Nice front badge with light pitting and no damage. Plated front fork with plating pitting all over.
Original chain looks good but is dry. These bikes did not have skiptooth chains. Nice end caps, and solid original rubber blocks. Original Persons Majestic pedals that are in good condition with no damage. Original sprocket that has plating pitting and loss. Original handlebars and gooseneck that have plating pitting and loss.
A couple of loose spokes on each wheel that should tighten up OK. Nipples display better than spokes but all are useable. All spokes are original with surface rust. Both wheels spin straight with just a small amount of wobble. Front hub is in same condition.
